Fuel the Distance

Sports nutrition for Endurance Sports

Whether you’re training for your first half marathon, tackling an ultramarathon, preparing for an Ironman, or simply spending longer hours on the road or trail, nutrition can be the difference between surviving your training and performing at your best.

This in-depth course translates the science of endurance sports nutrition into practical, evidence-based strategies you can apply immediately—without rigid food rules, unnecessary restrictions, or confusion. Intended for those competing in distances that last 90 minutes to 12 hours. You’ll learn how to confidently fuel your body to support performance, recovery, health, and longevity in sport.

This course combines my professional experience as a board-certified sports dietitian working with recreational, collegiate, and elite endurance athletes with my personal experience as a marathoner, ultramarathoner, and Ironman finisher. My goal is to provide you with realistic, flexible nutrition strategies that help you train harder, recover better, and enjoy the process along the way.
