Since 2004, I’ve collected a variety of professional experiences that go beyond traditional clinical care – personal training, research, quality improvement, communications and marketing, as well as managing employee well-being and engagement (more about my work experience here).
I’ve worked in outpatient community care as well as in specialty clinics for autism and sports nutrition. Supporting clients with significant variation in complexity around mental health, socioeconomic status, and cultural influences.
Along the way, I’ve collaborated with and learned from world class professionals. These experiences enhanced my work as a dietitian, allowing me to think more critically and creatively.

As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant (CEDS-C), sessions with me do count towards the supervision requirement to become a CEDS.
Supervision may occur once or twice a month depending on the person’s professional needs.
