Nourishing Bits and Bites, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in this W-2 position. The current position is remote.
We’re looking for a compassionate, curious clinician who is excited to provide individualized nutrition care to adolescents and adults and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients.
This role supports clients in developing sustainable approaches to food and movement while addressing their unique health and performance goals.
Areas of focus include sports nutrition, diabetes care, and eating disorders.

We are a growing, weight-inclusive, evidence-based practice specializing in eating disorders, sports nutrition, and diabetes care / related endocrine conditions. We provide individualized care to adolescents and adults, meeting clients where they are and helping them develop practical strategies that fit their lives.
What You’ll Do – Job Details
- Provide virtual, 1:1 nutrition counseling to adolescent and adult patients exploring content eating disorders (ED), sports nutrition, and/or diabetes care and other related nutritional concerns or medical conditions
- Practice within a non-diet, weight-inclusive, culturally responsive care model
- Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence-based interventions aligned with each patient’s needs
- Document care clearly and on time
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other care team members for integrated, patient-led treatment
- Participate in team meetings, consult groups, and professional development
- Maintain a private, secure remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet
What You Bring – Job Requirements
Required:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with an active Massachusetts state license
- 2+ years of outpatient nutrition counseling (ED experience required). Eagerness to learn and grow matters more than years
- Willingness and ability to build a case load of at least 12 clients
- Deeply aligned with weight and size inclusive frameworks
- Committed to trauma-informed, equity-centered care
- Must live in Massacusetts
Preferred Experience / Qualifications
- Additional credential (or interest in pursuing) any of the following –
- CEDS or CEDS-C credential, or actively working toward it (or other related credential)
- CSSD credential, or actively working toward it
- CDCES credential, or actively working toward it
- Personal trainer
- Certification in Intuitive Eating, Body Trust, or similar
- Experience with adolescent/pediatric populations
- Familiarity with ACT, motivational interviewing, IFS, CBT or other therapeutic modalities
- Interest in offering in-person services west of Boston / central Massachusetts (location to be determined)
