Over the years, I’ve had the honor to be part of and learn from a variety of different places. This is by no means an inclusive list. Additionally, while there is a resource for everyone, there’s no resource that will “work” for every person. Please take care of yourself as you explore.

Publications
A cookbook for runners of all levels to better understand the basics of fueling and how to start applying it to simple nourishing meals and meal planning. It gives a literal taste of sports nutrition and better fueling.
This cookbook is designed to support those transitioning to gluten free living. It includes lifestyle discussion and 75 recipes to help you find solutions for what you love.
This FREE guide I developed in graduate school provides insight from students with celiac disease as well as college administrators to make the transition to college easier.

I am an affiliated provider with the Lane 9 Project, a community of athletes, clinicians, and activists dedicated to improving the health and support for female athletes.
As a certified iMove provider, I am trained to help client explore and health compulsive exercise with somatic therapies.
As a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, I am trained to identify and address movement dysfunction and muscular imbalances to improve movement quality, reduce pain, and prevent injuries.
A CSSD credential stands for Board Certification as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics, an advanced certification for Registered Dietitians (RDs) who have specialized in sports and exercise nutrition.
The CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) credential is a nationally recognized certification awarded to health professionals who demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in diabetes prevention, prediabetes, and management.
A Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) is a credential for healthcare professionals from the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) who have demonstrated a high level of expertise in treating feeding and eating disorders.

Body image and eating disorders are inherently political topics. They are often rooted in fear of not being “enough” and reinforced by societal constructs about who is and is not worthy of resources (aka, the definition of politics). You’ll find many of these podcasts are rooted in liberatory frameworks. I recognize this can feel a bit jarring and shocking to those new to the work

NSF for Sport: Independent, third party testing for every batch / lot to ensure products do not contain banned substances by major athletic organizations and that the contents of the supplement match the label.
