personalized movement

Movement has brought so much joy to my life. But I won't lie, my first run in 1997 was not pleasant - it was all about trying to keep up with someone else. But as I learned to work with my body (not against it), I found incredible happiness and success in soccer, cross country, and dance and later marathons, ultra-marathons, and triathlons of all distances.

In 2004, I started working as a personal trainer, working with everyone from triathletes, marathoners, body builders to those needing adapted fitness due to physical / mental limitations. 

My programs are tailored to individual needs, abilities, and goals. My programs represent my firm belief that movement should be rewarding and joyful. It's about working with the body - not against it.

Virtual

15-45 minutes

$15-45 / session

If you are not a member of the YMCA or it's too far to travel, we can train virtually using Zoom video conferencing!

I'll guide you step-by-step through a workout routine that you can do at home with little to no equipment. If you prefer, we can record the session for reference later.

Programming

$20 / week

If you don't want to move on my timeline, I'll create a week-by-week video or written workout to help you reach your goals. This option is ideal for those looking to complete an event such as a 5k, 1/2 marathon, marathon, or triathlon.
